Yoga Nidra with Iana Sundari

On December 1st, at 11:00am, experience a profound guided meditation which will
focus on breath awareness, intention setting, visualization, and deep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a meditative practice that travels through the
subtle layers of your physical and energetic bodies. This workshop begins with
gentle asana and culminates in total relaxation. As you lay in Savasana Iana
Sundari will lead you through a guided journey inviting you to move out of the
Beta brain wavelengths of "doing" and into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain

Raised between NYC and Yogaville Iana Sundari is a lifetime Yogi traveling the US and
Canada, in her converted School Bus, leading workshops for women. As an ERYT-500
level teacher and a Yoga Teacher Trainer, Iana Sundari is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yoga
for the Special Child, Children's Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Post Labor Yoga, Yoga for Cancer,
Yoga for Grief, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. She supports those who are transitioning,
from this life, as a Death Doula and welcomes those who are entering as a Birth Doula.
She is the founder of Bliss Out Retreats, which creates immersive ultra inclusive
getaways throughout the world. She is also the Community Manager for The Dinner
Party, a non-profit organization for those in their 20’s and 30’s and who have suffered a significant loss.
