This Led class is for all levels except extreme beginners to Hatha yoga, It is a rare opportunity to experience the Ashtanga Second Series in a safe environment with a teacher who has practiced it for 25 years. It will not hold to the strict vinyasa but make use of many extra breaths, and props when needed, to allow for all students to safely enter, hold, and exit each pose. And because the series involves advanced poses, there will be many variations offered in addition to the full forms so that all may experience each pose and their benefits and understand how the Primary series paves the way for the Intermediate series.
This class will replace the morning Mysore on Sunday.
