Mollie Day, DOMPT, LMT, returns for the last anatomy session of the AYR Yoga and Chakra Immersion. Mollie will cover the head, neck, and shoulders. This class is open to all 🗝️and well worth your attention⚠️. Mollie attended the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Boulder, Colorado, and became a Certified Rolfer in 2000 and an Advanced Certified Rolfer in 2011. Between 1994 and 2011, she studied visceral manipulation, neural manipulation and craniosacral therapy at the Barral Institute and the Upledger Institute, W. Palm Beach, Florida. In 2017, Mollie received her Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory & Practice from the Osteopathic College of Ontario in conjunction with the Osteopathic Health & Wellness Institute (OHWI). Today, Mollie uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide her clients with optimal treatment and care that will promote their health and well-being. @ Ashtanga Yoga Room
