Restorative and Yin yoga blend “Hanuman: Faith, Love, Devotion” with Oksana Aston
Saturday, February 8 2:00-3.30 pm. Investment $20
Sometimes we lose belief in ourselves when we are confronted and we don’t have the answers. With belief and trust in ourselves we can find within us the tools, skills and heart to strengthen our faith.
Sometimes in the most difficult situations we have a personal power that is ready to meet life’s challenges. This personal power is the courage to have faith in what you can’t see. The practice will prepare and open student’s bodies so they are able to safely experience the posture of Hanuman or Dragon Splits which encourage students to remember their personal power.
We will use blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters to change the experience of the pose.
Gentle massage with oil, hands on assist and cool herbal towels for savasana will be offered to enhance your experience of rest and relaxation. Save your spot! Investment $20
